ROJAS farm was constructed using local material like mud, bamboo, lime, etc. Adobe bricks were made to construct the wall. Roof was done using refurbished Mangalore tiles. Lime was used for internal and external plaster. Doors and windows were reused from old construction. This low budget residence reflects a commitment to reviving traditional craftsmanship while promoting modern sustainability principles.
